Welcome to Šibabi Sewing Patterns! These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital PDF sewing patterns, online courses, and video tutorials from our website. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Digital Products

We sell digital downloadable products including:

  • PDF sewing patterns (A4 and A1 formats)
  • Online sewing courses
  • Video tutorials and photo guides
  • Educational materials for sewists

All products are delivered digitally via email or download link immediately after payment confirmation.

2. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase our digital patterns and courses, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the products for:

  • Personal use: You may sew unlimited items for yourself, your family, and friends
  • Small-scale commercial use: You may sell finished items made from our patterns (handmade items only)

You may NOT:

  • Share, distribute, or resell our PDF patterns or courses
  • Copy, reproduce, or modify the pattern files
  • Use our patterns for mass production or factory manufacturing
  • Claim our designs as your own
  • Share your download links or login credentials with others

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency (USD, GBP, EUR, or CZK) based on your location. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other payment methods available through our payment processor.

Some products use a "Pay What You Can" pricing model with a minimum price. You may choose to pay more to support our work.

All prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

4. Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment via:

  • Download link sent to your email address
  • Access through your customer account on our website

Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't receive your download link within 15 minutes. If you experience any issues, contact us at info@sibabipatterns.com.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once you have received access to the downloadable files.

Exceptions:

  • If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase
  • If the product file is corrupted or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund
  • If you did not receive your download link and we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a refund

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 14 days of purchase.

6. Product Quality and Support

We strive to provide high-quality, beginner-friendly sewing patterns with detailed instructions, photo guides, and video tutorials. If you have questions about using our patterns, please:

We cannot guarantee specific results or fit, as sewing skills and fabric choices vary.

7. Intellectual Property

All sewing patterns, courses, tutorials, photos, videos, and written content are protected by copyright and owned by Šibabi Sewing Patterns (Helena Dobrozenská). Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Account and Access

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. For customers in the United States or United Kingdom, local consumer protection laws may also apply.
